Age Requirement
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Eligible Service Area
Must reside in an eligible service area. Service area eligibility varies by client program.
High-Speed Internet
Must have reliable high-speed internet access. A stable, wired connection is strongly recommended.
Windows Computer
Must have access to a compatible Windows computer. Mac computers are not supported for most client programs.
Quiet Workspace
Must have a quiet, dedicated workspace free from background noise and distractions during service hours.
Certification Availability
Must have availability to complete required certification for your chosen client program before beginning service.
Meeting basic requirements does not guarantee acceptance or placement into a specific client program. Additional requirements may apply depending on the client program selected.
